If you want to be on the main drag but not directly in the centre - this is perfect. On the south side of Chaweng beach which is a little quieter but still a walkable distance into the centre. This hotel does try to cater for everyone. I think this is the perfect place for a family with kids who want to splash out a little. If you're a couple, there are better places on the island that are more secluded and private, but you can still have a perfect time as long as you don't mind the kids/families splashing about and making a noise at the pool. The photos online really do look the place. If you are a couple, I'd recommend getting a larger room or one with a pool to get the full experience.

The personnel goes above and beyond, exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us fall in love not just with the resort but with Koh Samui itself. The divine breakfasts, offering a wide range of cuisines and a la carte options, added to the delight. The hotel made our honeymoon exceptionally special with complimentary upgrades and personal touches. We absolutely love this place.

One of the best beach resorts I have stayed in. Located ideally on Chaweng beach, the sprawling resort has a very large private beach area and it is maintained well. The beach area combined with three swimming pools and the jacuzzi provided us ample opportunity for enjoying the resort. The best part of course was the extremely courteous staff at every location who took the Thai hospitality to another level. Although the food prices may appear to be on the higher side when compared to Thai prices, when compared to the prices in any decent five star property in Europe or elsewhere they were very reasonable. I think we had a perfect stay.

The surprise of the day was really sweet. In addition to the buffer breakfast daily you can also enjoy make to order menu. The pool, gym, the ground and the long white sand beach are all beautiful. Outside of the hotel, plenty of shops for food, massage etc etc. we loved our stay there.

Following people made our stay very good: Eytan, the food and beverage manager, Bao, the barkeeper, Paul, responsible for the pool area, Prae, Fon, Pop and Chompoo from the kids club. The hotel is very stylish. Also, Big the operation manager who was very helpful
